1 Introduction

4 Account Registration

5 Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Access to and use of the Platform is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence basis.

5.2 User Obligations

As a condition of use, you agree to:

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of applicable rules does not constitute grounds for the reversal of a settled bet.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

10 Prohibited Conduct

User-generated content submitted to the Platform — including any feedback, suggestions, reviews or communications — is granted to e777e on a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce and adapt for any lawful purpose.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Provided "As Is"

The Platform and all content, services and features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

12.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed subject to the resolution of any pending transactions, outstanding bonus wagering obligations and applicable AML compliance checks. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

13.2 Termination by e777e

e777e reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:

• The User has breached these Terms or any applicable law;
• e777e reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct;
• The User has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• e777e is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order or law enforcement body;
• e777e ceases to offer services in the User's jurisdiction.

Upon termination for breach, all bonus funds, promotional credits and winnings derived from fraudulent or prohibited conduct are forfeited in their entirety.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
